Centro helps low and moderate income families per year by providing referrals to clinics and doctors, prevention and nutrition programs such as WIC, immunization programs, prenatal care, Medicare, Medicaid, SSI, mental health, HIV prevention, and provides translations and/or interpretation in person and/or over the telephone with medical providers and social services agencies. Centro refers low and moderate income households to qualified health service providers for assistance with health related problems.
